If the house is between 3,000 and 3,500 square feet the cost is $350 + (See Notes).
If the house is between 3,500 and 4,000 square feet the cost is $400 + (See Notes).
If the house is above 4,000 square feet then please call for a quote.
New Construction Inspections $75 per stage, plus final inspection fee as detailed above.

Re-Inspection of house after initial inspection (Changes Made Verification) cost $75 + (See Notes).

Add $100 if the house has a crawlspace
Add $25 if the house is over 20 years of age.
